Make Way for the Enviro-Police

After a restful long weekend, we came back to a week of regular routine. Many of the Winslow girls are preparing for the musical as they get through the last full week of rehearsals before the show. We all can’t wait to see Cat and everyone else perform in Mamma Mia next weekend!

On Sunday we worked on our house challenge: a video highlighting habits that reduce our carbon footprint*. The Winslow Warriors returned, decked out in camouflage and sunglasses as our enviro-police, catching girls in the act of wasting electricity, leaving the water running, or using plastic bags. Narjes spearheaded the efforts and with everybody’s help we came up with a creative, “office style” video that was just as fun to make as it is to watch. Most of us enjoyed running around, recording scenes and relaxing before the upcoming week.

Spring is in the air and the week of sunny skies has definitely been welcome after the snow, rain, and cold of February. We are excited for the weather to warm up and spring to come.
