Barnacle & Winslow Pizza Party

Due to bad weather, we couldn’t go to the beach for a picnic last week (what a shame). Instead, we had pizza party at school for both Barnacle and Winslow on Friday. This was a good opportunity for both houses to get know each other. We had ice breaker games, which was good especially for new students so they feel more comfortable talking to new people. The first week of school was also a bit challenging, so this day was a good day for us to relax and socialize. People had lots of fun trying to find the new people they hadn’t met in Birdy on a Perch, and those who were last to connect had to do a slightly embarrassing task, but the day was filled with laughter nonetheless.
