Weekly Highlight Reel (Sun, Oct 22 - Sun, Oct 29)

This last full week of October was fairly busy for the girls and filled with lots of great highlights.

Sunday, October 22

Winslow had a panther gathering and ate chocolate fondue together. Which was very sweet - quite literally.

Tuesday, October 24

The school hosted their 2nd Annual Staff Chili Challenge with many different school departments such as language, science, social studies, math etc. Each prepared a pot of chili and competed against each other for the most students votes. The Language department won with a whopping 30 points!

Thursday, October 26

Winslow house had the first off-campus, semi-formal dinner of the year. Winslow girls were out for dinner at the Mint restaurant with their brother house, Barnacle house. A good time was had by all!

Friday, October 27

SMUS hosted the first school dance of the year. The theme being mathletes versus athletes. There was a great showing of both brains & brawn.

Saturday, October 28

For Angel Hu’s birthday, her lovely roommate, Amanda Wang, went out on Friday after school to take cooking lessons and surprise with her favorite Chinese desserts.
