House Games & JKSEA Chapel

This week, we had our first competitive house games of the year on Sunday. Our girls were extremely enthusiastic and full of house spirit! The girls were separated into four different groups: indoor soccer, outdoor soccer, origami frog race, and photo scavenger hunts.

Wednesday & Thursday

This week, in the senior school, was Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia week. Many of our Winslow girls participated in the JKSEA chapel, some made speeches, and some even performed in front of the school.

Two of our girls, Kaori and Maki, made a speech about the different dialects in Japan, while Samantha made a speech about Singlish, the national slang in Singapore.

Jessie and Samantha also performed an English cover of a Korean piece called “Spring Day”.
